My sister mentioned that she was getting her dress cleaned and after leaving my dress for 10 years in the wardrobe in a dress bag, I though I would jump on the band wagon and finally get it cleaned. I pulled it out the wardrobe and was horrified to see a mahosive stain down the front of it that as far as I remembered was not there when I put the dress away. I must have spilt a clear drink down myself and hadn't remembered. ( must have been a good night😆) The results you have achieved with my dress are amazing. It looks brand new. “It’s only taken me 21 years to finally get my wedding dress cleaned AND boxed . Ramsey did such an amazing job – I’d had it cleaned soon after my wedding but it still had so many marks and stains on it, (unfortunately I was told that they wouldn’t come out) but Ramsey managed to remove them all! He’s so meticulous, even removing a fastener to get to the mark behind it and then replaced it with a new fastener. He did such an amazing job, can’t rate him highly enough”

After having the most amazing day in my perfect dress I woke up to find the after party had taken its toll on my beautiful dress and parts of the delicate lace were purple with red wine stains. I did a bit of researching and after speaking to Ramsey I had no doubts about taking my dress to him to be cleaned and I’m so glad I did. “The service provided was exceptional. Within a matter of 4 days my dress was restored to its original condition and looks brand new again. Believe me when I say this was no small feat! The dress was covered in spilt drinks and dirt all of which had been left to dry for a couple of years. “My dress was nearly black at the bottom after trailing in the mud and mopping up spilt drinks on the dance floor. When I received it back after Ramsey had cleaned it – it was like it was brand new again! The main thing I wanted from a dress cleaner is someone who would treat my dress with as much care and attention as any bride would feel it deserves. “Well what can I say after trying quite a few places to try to get my dress cleaned I’d almost given up hope until I spotted Ramsey’s post, after several messages back and forwards he agreed to give my dress a go. The reason I had problems is because my dress is Ivory & Red and other cleaners were concerned the colour would run. "Last year I went on a search to find my wedding dress ready for May this year, I finally found one I absolutely adored, over 2.5 hour drive away! but it was perfect for me! unfortunately due to the virus we had to postpone our wedding day, and due to my dress being a sample it needed to be cleaned and boxed. I searched high and low online for somewhere I felt I could trust to clean my dress. I didn't want anymore bad luck so this was a big decision! After a recommendation from a friend , I chose the wedding dress cleaning specialist! I emailed very late in the night (11.30pm!) and still got a speedy response to my surprise! "I booked my dress in with ease and it got collected at a time and date suitable to me, I also got updates throughout (there was a hole in the netting underneath my dress that I knew about but this was bought to my attention in case I hadn't noticed) and then they bought my dress back to me! I left it for the rest of the week as I was working and my partner was home, but today I have managed to unwrap it (it was beautifully wrapped!) and oh my, it smells so fresh, no harsh chemically smells at all, it smells clean, not as though it's been doused in cleaning products, but rather like it is new! Highly recommend Ramsey for cleaning your wedding dress. Mine came back beautifully clean, pretty sure cleaner than when I wore it on my wedding day! He's a busy man but worth the wait as he works his magic. Loved the cute little tag on the box and can't believe it all fitted into the box. I can now store under my bed without the worry of it in my attic. Thank you Mr Magic!

Ramsey was incredible! I have a Jenny Packham wedding dress which is heavily beaded and most places took one look and refused to help me. Not the case with Ramsey at all! He turned the dress around so quickly (I had a separate wedding reception on account of covid and had forgotten to clean my dress) and it had never looked better. I would trust him with anything and have gone back for a post-reception clean as well.

I got my wedding dress quite mudding after walking in vineyards in the rain for my wedding photos! Ramsey has done the most amazing job! It's quite unbelievable how pristine he was able to get my dress! He is so polite, and quick to reply to messages and emails. Very professional service. Faultless service from start to finish. My wedding dress was stored in a cupboard for over 3 years in a dress bag and during a “spring clean” I’ve got it out to have a look and reminisce during the lockdown, followed by floods of tears as there was a HUGE stain at the front and dirt everywhere that clearly have been getting worse due to being left for so long. I thought all hope was lost but my husband organise the cleaning service with Ramsey and the dress has been returned to me in 2 week looking brand new! Very personal service with face to face collection and drop off. The dress is now safety stored in a proper box with tissue so it will stay as good as new. Cannot put my gratitude into words so I’ll just simply say - Thank you!


Right from the first message I couldn’t be happier with the first-class service I received. Ramsey, is a perfectionist but most of all very honest and it is amazing to deal with someone who isn’t out to make as much money out of someone as they can.
